If there is an issue with your rental, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. In such cases, the rental can be returned or exchanged for another size or item, subject to availability.
Archive Sales
You can return Archive Sale purchases within 14 days. Please contact welcome@rerun.rent for the returning steps. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Please double-check your size and selection before placing your order.
