HOW DOES RENTAL AT RERUN WORK?
It’s easy. Browse our collection, add the items you love to your cart, pay at checkout and enjoy luxury pieces at a fraction of the original retail price.
At the end of your rental period simply return your items with the return label included in your package. You can also decide to keep your items for longer, simply don't return your items and we will automatically charge you for the next rental period.
All rentals include free shipping (NL only) and free dry cleaning. You can add Wear & Tear insurance to rent worry-free.
Do you offer memberships?
Not at the moment. We might add it again later. Keep an eye on our socials, where we will announce any changes in our service.
Rerun is in Beta-trial, what does that mean?
It means that we are still developing our platform. Some features are still in the test phase, as we are working towards the best customer experience possible. If you have any feedback, we are happy to hear and take it into consideration while developing our platform. Please email any comments to email@example.com.
WHAT IF I MAKE A STAIN, TEAR OR THERE IS A BUTTON MISSING?
You can add Wear & Tear insurance at €5 per month, which covers any missing buttons, minor stains, or tears. If the item is beyond repair, lost, or stolen, we charge the current retail price.
What if something doesn’t fit?
Send us an email within 24 hours of receiving your item(s) to let us know you will return them because the item(s) didn’t fit. You have to pack up your items immediately and return them back the next day latest with the return label included in the package. We will credit you the amount of the item(s) returned within 14 days.
You get 1 free size-related return every 3 orders. If you need more size-related returns within those 3 orders we only charge the shipping costs.
HOW DOES BILLING WORK?
You pay your order upon checkout with the payment method of your choice. If you decide to keep your items for more than 1 rental period we will automatically charge you for the next rental period through SEPA Direct Debit.
Please note we occasionally carry out identification checks through IDin, before accepting a membership.
HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I RENT AT A TIME?
You can rent up to 6 items in total.
What if I return my items too late?
If you return something more than 1 day late we will charge you the next rental period as a late fee.
WHEN SHOULD I RETURN MY RENTAL?
Whenever you like. You can keep items for as long as you want, if you don't return them we will automatically charge you for the next rental period. Please note that when you don't return a 4-day rental it will automatically turn into a 30-day rental and we will charge you accordingly. When you want to return your items, do so before the last day of your rental period so you won't get charged extra.
How should I return my rental?
How do I know if my rental was successfully returned?
We’ll send you an email when we receive your order back at our HQ. This usually takes 2-3 days after sending it.
How long can I keep my rentals?
You can keep your rental(s) for as long as you like. If you do not return your items by the end of your rental period you will automatically be charged for the rental period ahead. Please note that when you don't return a 4-day rental in time it will automatically turn into a 30-day rental and we will charge you accordingly.
Why should I rent clothes?
Rental is a way of playing with your style and identity for certain occasions without the lifelong commitment of buying. It’s also economically smart, you can wear luxurious items at a fraction of their retail price.
Above all it’s more sustainable, if we double the amount of time a garment is worn we reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 44%.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW ITEMS?
We release new items at least every 3 months, but if we find an amazing vintage piece in the meantime, we add those in between. We restock clean items every week.
Can I purchase items from your inventory?
Selected items are available for purchase. You can recognize them by the ‘buy’ button. If you’ve fallen in love with an item you’ve rented and you want to buy it, we’ll apply 1 month rental fee as a discount.
If you are interested in an item that doesn’t have a buy button, please contact us. We might make an exception.
Why aren’t all items available in a full size range (XS to XL)?
A big part of our inventory consists of rare vintage pieces, these items vary in size but are always a one-off. As a start-up we don’t have the funds yet to invest in full size ranges, thus focusing on the most common sizes. We will become more and more size-inclusive moving forward.
How does shipping work?
Within the Netherlands shipping and returns are free. We also ship within the EU, a shipping fee of €15 will be added at checkout. For the return of a rental within the EU we automatically charge a €15 return fee at the end of your rental period. Within NL we use PostNL or Fietskoeriers, shipping takes on average 1-2 days. For other countries we use DHL, please expect 3-5 shipping days.
Should I clean the items myself?
Please don’t wash items at home. In an effort to maximize the life of our clothing, we restore and professionally dry clean or wet wash each piece for you. Our cleaning partner Dobbi uses the most modern techniques and machines that keep the garments 100% bacteria and virus-free and have the least impact in our environment. If your items really need a refresher, please use Dobbi's services. They even offer an at-home pickup. Please note any in between cleaning is at your own costs.
What payment methods do you offer?
At the moment we accept IDEAL and Creditcard payments.
CaN I visit your showroom?
